Callisto offers a wheelhouse area, double cabin aft, saloon with sink and storage, and a V berth forward. There is a toilet cubicle off the saloon that could become a wet room. There is also some outside space both at the back and front of the boat.
Callisto would make an ideal first home or weekend retreat, but obviously needs some work. Internally she needs refurbishing, and some form of heating and hot water. However, with the wheelhouse doubling as a nice day lounge, and the saloon/forward V berth being converted to a larger open space there would be enough room to create comfortable accommodation whilst keeping the aft double berth as a separate sleeping area.
Externally Callisto needs a repaint, and possibly some railings at the back to make that external space a safer place to enjoy your surroundings.
Overall Callisto offers the opportunity to create an affordable home or second home, both in terms of purchase cost and ongoing monthly costs.
